Steve currently serves as the firm’s food & beverage operating advisor. He was the former chairman and CEO of United Natural Foods (UNFI), one of the largest publicly traded food distribution companies in the United States with over $30B of revenue. Prior to UNFI, Steve’s experiences include his time as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Performance Food Group, the third largest foodservice distributor in the United States. Steve also serves as the Lead Independent Director for the ArcBest Corporation, a publicly traded logistics business, a role he still holds after joining the board in 2011. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge across leadership, sales and business strategy.
