Scott Brucker
Chief Legal Officer
Scott is an attorney with experience in corporate law and complex transactions, and is primarily responsible for the firm’s legal affairs, compliance, and governance. Prior to joining 1932 Capital, Scott was a Partner at Cozen O’Connor. Scott holds a B.A. in Government from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
Scott was born and raised in Villanova, PA, and now calls Plymouth Meeting, PA, home. A man who approaches leisure with the same rigor as a closing argument, he can be found on the golf course, on the ski slopes, or somewhere new in the world – ideally all three in the same calendar year.
