Dylan Somohano
Senior Associate
Dylan is an experienced investor with both private equity and investment banking experience. He is primarily responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio company management. Prior to joining 1932 Capital, Dylan was a Senior Associate at Shoreline Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on making control investments in distribution, business services, and manufacturing companies. Prior to Shoreline, Dylan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler. Dylan holds a B.S. in Finance from Sonoma State University.
Dylan was born in Los Angeles and now calls Philadelphia home. When he's not in the office, you will find him weight training, on the basketball court, cheering on the L.A. sports teams, or watching a UFC event. He maintains that no cheesesteak fully compensates for the absence of In-N-Out.
