Dean Saldsman

Dean is an experienced investor with both private equity and investment banking experience. He is primarily responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio company management. Prior to joining 1932 Capital, Dean worked at Inverness Graham, a middle market private equity firm focused on making control investments in business services and industrial companies. Prior to Inverness Graham, Dean was an Investment Banking Associate at Janney Montgomery Scott. Dean holds an M.S. in Finance from Villanova University and dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Economics from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Dean was born in South Africa and now calls Philadelphia home. Outside the office, you will find him spending time with his family, playing padel, going to the park with his dog Tyson, or cheering on any of the Miami sports teams.
